Basil's 

Basil's is our recently refurbished restaurant an elegant setting in which to enjoy our varied menus that feature a subtle blend of Modern International with some Scottish influences.

If you have been to The Green Hotel before and found a dish on the menu that you particularly enjoyed, ask the head waiter and we'll try to ensure that our chef cooks it for you the next day!

The courtyard cocktail bar, adjacent to Basil's, is the ideal venue for pre-dinner drinks or relax with coffee and a liqueur or a malt whisky after dinner.
