From the south
take the M90 over the Forth Road Bridge, then take junction 6 (signposted Kinross). Take the third exit from the roundabout into Kinross. Take first exit on left – Springfield Road. "T" junction, turn Right. The hotel is 500 yards up this road on the left hand side.
From the north
take M90 south from Perth. Take junction 6 (signposted Kinross) and then take the 1st exit from roundabout into Kinross. Take first exit on left – Springfield Road. "T" junction, turn Right. The hotel is 500 yards up this road on the left hand side.
From the west
cross the Kincardine Bridge (A876) and then take the A977 until the M90 motorway - cross straight over. Take first exit on left – Springfield Road. "T" junction, turn Right. The hotel is 500 yards up this road on the left hand side.
