On arriving at the hotel entrance, our guests will be provided with a hand sanitiser prior to checking in. We have redesigned our reception area to adhere to the social distance measures and make it Covid-19 safe. The provision of the screen and contactless check-in are examples of the safety measures in place.
Your key will be sanitised and on making your way to your bedroom you will notice extra hand sanitiser units along the way, strategically placed near the dining areas and lounge bar. You will find distance floor markers at key areas such as the reception, dining areas, public toilets and exits etc.
All members of the Green Hotel team have all been trained on the new way of operating in view of the pandemic and have specific roles in cleaning public areas and surfaces frequently touched by guests and team members.
In your bedroom, you will find that high-touch areas (such as bathrooms and remote controls) are disinfected and cleaned to a higher specification. Loose items such as pens, note pads and information material are removed.
For guests staying beyond one single night, the option to receive limited cleaning services is available on request. This will offer additional assurance of safety from cross-contamination. Change of linen and towels are on request only and dropped off at your bedroom door for you to collect. Special requirements will apply for guests who stay for longer periods and we will discuss with individuals where required.
Whilst at the hotel, if you need to use the bathroom then we firstly encourage our guests to return to their bedroom to do so, however the public toilets can also be used if required. We have two sets of restrooms and we have a programme in place for cleaning and sanitisation.
Checking out is perhaps the easiest task as you can use our express check-out service by leaving your key on the table in your room and leaving by the nearest exit, without having to go through the hotel to reception. We will email you your receipt and wish you a farewell until next time. Alternatively, you can check-out at the newly re-designed reception desk where we will offer you contactless checkout. This will be most welcome as we would love the opportunity to thank you for staying with us in person and wish you a safe onward journey.
